USA FIT San Jose Running Club

Ran with USA FIT San Jose Running Club for the 2019 running season. These guys offer a structured training plan over 20 weeks which culminates with a marathon. Killer Up Trail Running Club San Jose

Awesome group of trail runners who meet on saturday to run the hills of Northern California. No official group, just a couple of folks who continue to run after the USA FIT San Jose running club season ends



Activity Description
Army Ranger Workout Plan 12 week training program consisting of 150 push ups, 150 sit ups and variable length running with a ruck pack. Completely savage.
4x4x48 Challenge Run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours, inspired by the man himself David Goggins
